As a systemic coach, communications and change consultant, Ines supports decision-makers and teams in dynamic industries and phases.

Ines has a penchant for lifelong learning and brings around 15 years of consulting and management experience from the business world to her work as a coach.

Her personal ‘life coach’ is her son, who helps her refine the art of changing perspective every day.​

Ines is convinced that humanity is a key success factor. That's why she wants to encourage people to be human in business - especially when there's a lot going on.

She is driven by supporting clarity, understanding and connection during phases of change.
