Elisabeth believes in the power of collaboration at all levels of the organization. She helps teams and leaders create the right circumstances to achieve what they are capable of. Her strength and expertise lies in the "soft" side of collaboration and leadership: Safe Teaming (e.g. building trust, creating psychological safety, empathy, feedback, etc.).
Since the basis of good cooperation (in or outside the team) is personal leadership of team leaders and team members, Elisabeth also likes to accompany managers and high potentials in their personal development.
