Annika specializes in the design and implementation of transformation programs in corporations and medium-sized companies with a focus on collaboration, leadership, new work and cultural change.
In her approach, she combines thinking models of systemic organizational development with new, agile ways of working. To this end, she works with her clients to create formats that turn change into experiences for employees and make it easy for them to try out new and unfamiliar things.
